Got my bridal makeup done from Guneet. She was really fast in her work. Amazing time management skills I must say. And for the makeup everyone loved it. I was not looking an extremely different unrecognisable person but my natural beautiful self. Thanks a ton. The makeup turned out amazing ❤️❤️😍😍

Worst makeup artist ever experienced, we booked her for bridal service at that time they promise several things but didnt fulfill due to which we asked for bridal makeup cancellation. She refused to refund our money 10500/- Inr then we asked to make a year card to use our money for various service she refused that too. These guys are fraud and worst people to deal with. Staff is also very poor. Now we have made a complaint in consumer affairs to get our money back.

We had worst experience with her, my wife booked the bridal services with hefty advance on the day of wedding she refused to come to wedding destination and sent her junior workers instaed to do the job.
Its just uchi dukaan feekah pakwaan.

It is in pathetic condition, right now,looks more like a construction site full of mosquito and smell,staff is unapologetic about it,did not even care to tell who have appointments

Experience was very bad they charged extra money for lenses and lashes on my d-day . Firstly everything was in the service later on they asked for more literally they said “ I can’t leave without paying the money “ , and that was Rs.2000.
They added on the money on the spot so cheap.. huh

I had an amazing experience getting dolled up by her 😍 it’s like my dream come true . my makeup was on point even on next day . I got soo many compliments. Staff was so polite. Guneet Mam herself is very cheerful person when I met her I forgt it’s my d day is was happy that m getting dolled up by her ❤️ She made me feel so comfortable. Thank you so much mam . ❤️

Terrible experience. We had 7 make-ups booked with their senior artists. The experience can't get worse than this. Their artists did not understand individual skin requirements. Couldn't even find the right base to use as per skin tone. You need to teach your artists that smokey eyes are not just about blackening the eye lids. We did not know whom to complain to as the manager was not available. When we called Guneet, she asked us to to leave if we are unhappy. So unprofessional of her. Don't risk your important event by booking at this place. You spoiled a very important day of my life.
