The receptionist (male) is not even accepting the booking and person named Ashish is saying that it will take time and will take time after asking again and again (how much time it will take). After asking 4th time, he said that 30 minutes it will take and if you don't want to wait you can go anywhere else.
The type of service they provide and this is how they talk to their customer. Will never recommend this saloon to anybody else.

They are Forcing for everything like Hair wash(in silky Hair), Beard, Membership which is not required by client. Their service are very bad. They do this only for Money. Do not visit here.

I got a miserable hair cut from this parlor.. seriously crying since d day..I'm so unsatisfied from their services. The hairstylist shortened my hair without any shape style. I ended up looking like a clown really.. hopeless.

Very good and quick service. Staff r polite. Their stylist Miss.kirti did an amazing job with my hair.

Worst salon ever . The lady hairdresser didn't even know how to cut , she was such a non professional I mean street barbers would be way more better than her. It's the most 3rd class salon in Bilaspur . She didn't even sprinkled water before hair cut nor did she climbed after haircut she just kept saying this is it I can't do much . She didn't cut it well refused to comb style . And thanks to Capello Salon my hair is a ness now I'll definitely sue you for this nuisance caused to me . 😤😠😡🤬🤬🤯😖🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤢
