Decent place, lots of scope for improvement, should focus more on customer service, at times staff behave rude and not ready to listen to your needs and service you are looking for. They will at times force you to take service which you are interested and requested.

Service is OK.

Very poor work. I had kiratine three months back but even after one month my hairs were very frizzy. When I complained about it they were not ready to help.
Very poor courtesy by reception person.
Strongly not recommended.

Beware of the receptionist, very rude and expensive person to deal with. Asked 1500 for a cleanup, I still agreed, but after cleanup billed me with 2100.. Receptionist was not cooperative and started arguing, didn't even provide me with the bill even after asking and was talking of service tax etc.. The cleanup was also not great and definitely not worth it.

Poor courtesy by reception guys and the employees, probably didn't get adequate training in hospitality by owners

Worst experience ever. I would give 0 stars if possible. Such an unprofessional guy in there. The ugliest haircut I have ever had in my life. I strictly gave 2 simple instructions (explained even by showing photos) and yet they didn't care to follow a single instruction.

STRANDS team members are very good...I have a great experience with that salon.treatment is excellent.... specially jeet sir behaviour towards client and handling them with smile is awesome

Below average service. Paid more than the actual price.Demeaning behaviour and derogatory comments on customer's personal well being. Will not recommend anybody to come here. No bill received for the services availed.
