Very nice beauty parlour with extra care on client. I found that it takes hair care and customer service to a whole new level. Ms Poonam (Head of beautician) focus was totally on my wife. The atmosphere is contemporary and comfortable. My wife's entire experience was good, I only wish I had discovered this parlour.

It is the best place for bridal i have ever visited. I visited with my sister recently for bridal makeup and it was a great experience for her. Specially the experience of Mrs. Poonam for air brush makeup is excellent and the all staff members are also very friendly and experienced. My sister is fully satisfied with the services.

They charged 150 rupees for eyebrow upper lip and forehead.
It was so much painful, with one minor cut and also they make my eyebrows super thin. Parlour always smells worst , you will find hairs all around the floor, customer service is not good. Never switch on their ac , i don't know why they cost so much 😂

I had a make up twice in this parlour and the make up artist Ruhina is really an awesome artist. I just love the way she change my look. Must try..

Horrible experience.
1) Unprofessional behavior
2) Hurry to close the shop at 8 pm. So was suggesting not to massage which is an integral part of facial.
3) Steamer was not functional so they suggested no need to do steaming
4) When I insisted they used hair steamer as an alternative
5) Only interested in selling more and more product not interested in doing nicely whatever they are doing
6) Hurry even in payment... Even before the finishing they insisted to pay
7) Skipped many steps in facials... Don't know what for they are charging the amount if they can't give proper service
8) Lastly if they were in hurry they should have told to come next day rather they spoiled my face

So suggestions for all who is planning to go... Please do it in your home rather going there.
