Edona Unisex Salon

Very poor service. Unprofessional. I have to wait more than 1 hour for just a simple hair cut and trimming. That barber was drunk at the time of service. In short you can find another one unisex parlour in tezpur town better than this worst one.

Worst place to get a haircut. I wouldn't recommend it. Inexperienced hairdresser. Worst haircut of my life. Now I can neither tie my hair nor leave my hair open. And just they will touch your hair and charge you a lot.

Worst experience! They don't want to show their menu and you have to avail their service without knowing the prices. Also you have to pay 18% GST and they won't offer you a single glass of water. Worst salon in town.

I don't know about other services, but my very first experience with Edona was horrible, I went for highlighting my hairs, would not mention the name but the staff which got my hair done doesn't hold any knowledge about colors I guess, the result of my hairs wasn't at all similar to what I expected. I would not ask for 100% result, but how can someone expect a total different colour like violet/ pink instead of brown and return home with that she/he doesn't like.
Moreover, they doesn't understand the simple difference between colors.
I would highly recommend to think twice if you go for coloring ur hairs there. The desk staff ( ladies) were kind enough to find the odd difference in results. But what customers need at the end is good & expected results. I hope they try getting more knowledge about coloring hairs and don't waste customers valuable time

They just show professionalism but they are not at all, I am regretting after I took the service
