The staff at the Duliajan branch are not at all friendly or polite and the least courteous. They do not value the customers time or their own business. The absence of a manager who can supervise or head them has probably led to such chaos. I would never recommend anyone to such a parlour where instead of sitting back and relaxing you would lose your peace of mind.
