Best salon in Kakinada. The owner is very professional, caring and skilled. She gives the best haircuts among other things and is very involved in every aspect of the salon service. Been going there for years and will continue till the end of time.

Too much overacting people.. especially the owner. The clinic will be busy with 3-4 customers itself and that too only on sundays.. rest of the week.. nobody will even enter the clinic.. and still I don’t know why these people refuse to give their service on time… they make people wait like hell, test their patience and make them leave. I often go to this parlor because this is the only clinic near my home. Would have given 0 rating. The owner is full of attitude. Waste of considering this one as a beauty clinic

Been coming here over a decade now. Service has always been amazing and the staff are lovely. Recently got my baby girl’s ears pierced by the legend Krishna aunty herself. Such gentleness and patience, that she’s passed on to her staff!

I visit charms often. I never visit any other parlour in kakinada other than charms because first off all , the place is super clean and everyone was separated wearing masks so I felt super safe there with COVID happening still. Vani Aunty who is the supervisor there she was amazing, very kind, listened to and clarified what I wanted. All the girls who do service there are sanitizing their hands well before starting the service. They were so kind and so quick!! The whole experience was great.
