Naturals Salon & Spa Srikakulam

Service was good. But there is a problem.
Women service starts from 11 am.
Though the timings stats 9 am to 9 pm.
Please keep this in mind.

I came to Naturals Srikakulam branch (Andhra Pradesh), for a pedicure. I booked appointment from before. Since the start they were telling me to take some crystal spa pedicure which was not in the brochure. When I ask about the benefits, they couldn't say anything. Then I chose dead sea pedicure from the brochure but they said it's not available. Then I said cocoa butter but again they said it's not available. Then they brought some raaga at home pedicure kit and called it crystal spa kit. The girl who was giving the service said this is what the manager gave her.

They are charging 1100 for it (higher than the one listed in the brochure). The kit is available on Amazon for 200bucks!!!

Naturals is a well renowned brand and people look towards it for quality and hospitality.Recently, We've been to this place for facials and they insisted on Gold facial which costed around 1800 plus GST per head and we were 2 . Nothing was prepared before hand , they made us lie down and then started searching for products and after application of each product they disappeared for like 10mins each time just to chit chat at a corner, and did the same for all the 5-6 random things they applied. Even the behaviours of the staff is quite displeasing.And yes ,the facial was also very dissapointing,they didn't even do a proper massage for hardly 5mins, then what is the use of going to a spa?? . Never gonna be there again or would recommend anyone to be there. Wasted 4000 odd bucks and 2 hours of time to get nothing. Horrible experience..!!

Jeena is really good with the hair styling n keeping the client entertained at the same time. Would love to continue the services with her at Naturals.

I have opted for a head massage and hairspa. The service is too good this time. Gracy took utmost care in offering service and i would definitely visit this place for more services.

I always visit this saloon. Every time they exceed my expectations. People are friendly and always willing to assist. I would recommend to visit.

Haircut Hair spa and anti dandruff treatment are excellent here....very much impressed with their service..Mahesh hairstylist done very well...

No point in giving even 1 star…. Naturals is a well known brand but staff at this branch doesnt even know basic stuff… very bad experience.
