Lies in the center of city. Roads around this place are narrower, difficult to manage large number of gathering. Just not because of less parking area and road congestion but also it can accommodate less people than usual (can accommodate around 350-400 persons at a time). For small function like birthday party n all it can be better choice, however not for a marriage ceremony
