Hotel Mahabir Sheraton

Check-in was good, but staffs were not wearing masks. Asked the staffs during check-in to sanitise infront of us, but they said they had already done. Other hotels around us had their pools open, but here they denied using it. Later in the evening, a pool party was organised and people were using the pool. The room, staff service and food was good. Also, if you are traveling by car, you ll have to park the vehicle on the street next to it. Could have been better for the price they are charging.

Location is good, overall hotel is good but some changes must be made.
There is no 4 wheeler parking,
In room they provide refill water bottle.
In bathroom light aren't sufficient.
For complimetry breakfast no buffet.
Check out time is too early,

Hospitality is not customer friendly. Delays in service.

Not in line with pics shown in reviews... maintenance of the entire property is not good at all

Rooms are spacious, excellent service, food is also very good, they have a swimming pool as well, and closer to the beach. Had a great stay there.

It is a small hotel you can enjoy your stay at this place in budget. It is near to the beach just 50 metres away. You will find a lot of good things around the hotel itself even the wine shop is just infront😁.
