Has a good looking lawn.good place for wedding or any other gathering of about 100 to 120 people.it was the palace of Raja parsauni of bihar.it is situated on trikuti Mahal chowk.the chowk gained its name due to three palace like buildings which were earlier standing here.the other two buildings are demolished but Hashmat palace is still standing.hashmat palace is usually rented for wedding parties.

One of the old marriage hall of Muzaffarpur city. Extra large space for perfect marriage. Good service provided by staff. Neat and clean area, but need of renovation and good quality of wall paint to look more attractive and beautiful
