My ICICI Bank home branch, very good and prompt service, also ATM facility available, which is very good. Very nice banking environment.

Rude and arrogant staff, though most are not, but a couple or two show obnoxious and intolerable attitude.

This bank stuffs like they just don't want to work, third class 🙏
A customer was waiting for 2-3 minits because that bank's cashier didn't had a pen? Seriously?
