1)They don't have proper knowledge about products and processes.
2)They don't behave well with their customers
3) Employees have no manner how to talk and be seated on their chair.
4) Employees are not cooperating
5) Cleanliness is good

Went for a savings account. Never ever going again. They behave as if they are doing a favour by offering you their service.
