Axis Bank Branch

One of the best Bank in India. Branch staffs are good.

This place is quiet good with good air conditioner.The banking service is fast and is very clean.There is also an ATM in the bank which provides cash for 24 hours. It is easily accessible and is located just beside the road.

Good staff and customer behavior. Loved the new experience of banking. Cooperative staff and pleasant atmosphere inside.

Most pathetic service.... Always gives lame excuses of server down.... Unprofessional staffs...lack of knowledge of service industry... If a brand like axis doesn't want to maintain there reputation then please keep on doing whatever your staffs saying....very very very poor management. Never expected this from a brand like this.. Most horrible experience every time on visiting this branch

This branch have all unprofessional staffs . They don't know what they are doing. Don't know their work properly but holding a higher post. Don't even know how to talk, don't have any manner. Very pathetic service, had a very bad experience with this branch .Not recommend anyone.

Worst banking experience.
Staffs and Managers are lazy and don't offer good service and for passbook update you have to visit everyday since no link , or printer not working etc .
Not acceptable behaviour from Staff

This is dishearting to learn, everytime I enter to this branch , their systems are down , I requested statement on urgent basis, so was assured by a confident staff, asap systems are up will send it asap, it's been 8 hours but didn't see any statement .I had issues with this branch in the past too, even the branch managers don't do any wonders, untill and unless one complain about the branch..they are least bothered to assist customers...it's like "Dile se open" but the staff should understand the profound meaning of it

Poor..... service..... deposited cheque missing several time.....so..sade this branch stap most... unprofessional
