The new comer bank in serampore. Atm, locker facility available. Timing 9.30 am to 5 pm. Except Sunday, 2nd & 4th Saturday and holidays. Probale Opening date is 27.06.2018. the most important facility you can get here that you can choice your preferred denominations in this atm attached with this bank premise. Stuffs and managers are very helpful. Located on a very important place just beside serampore girls high school and bsnl cash office of serampore.

There is no bank as indicated in map ....bank is just close to bartla more they are giving wrong Information to public...I would like to request bank employees to update your correct location on Google map... don't confuse your customers

IndusInd Bank Serampore branch is a private sector bank of Hinduja group, located at ground floor, 9 Jitendranath Lahiri Road, Serampore, Hooghly, W.B- 712121. Presently this branch is offering Aadhaar card database related services, because now it's a registered UIDAI aadhar seva kendra/updation/correction center.
Behaviour of bank employees are good.

Private banks have their own charm and this bank is overloaded with it. At the entrance there is an ATM and then a gate to enter the branch. The white interior is soothing and calm and so are the staffs(most of them). Addhar enrollment and updation commences quickly with a minimal fees. Overall, one of the best banking experience i have experienced till date.

Staffs are Good..

But the security guard is the worst.I don't know what is his qualifications but he acts like he is the manager of this branch.
Very very disappointed with their adhaar related work.The security guard also misbehave..
My request to higher authority please take action against this guard...

Most thirdclass bank and most thirdclass branch and staff i have ever seen in my life. Behaviour is not atall good of the staff. And they use to misguide the customer and mis sell their bank products to the customers. No one should open account in indusind bank serampore branch.

I am very disappointed with the behaviour of it's aadhaar related work.
At the first time when here open aadhaar enrolment and update work then it's working first class.
Enrolment staff works all times very politely and smiley.
Now I heard many misbehaves from enrolment staff and security staff.
I personally booked many appointment,some of them tell me this.
Today I sent two people,one of them when produced her appointment slip,enrolment staff through it in the floor.
She tried to see the booking appointment confirmation message,but she denied to seen this.
Three hours she wait but not able to update her mobile number in aadhaar card.
She loses one day wages,and convenience.
But cruelty of your staff stunts her.
She returned back home.
This is not first time.
I must complaint higher authority in future.
This type of staff lost the images of the bank.
Please take necessary action against he.

The staff members are very supportive. I was in a worse condition and unable to update my details in Adhar card and also I was running here and there since 9 days with my 6 years old daughter no body helps, but the branch manager was so cooperative he assured me for their service. After a long time I have met such a great person. I have experienced it today only. Thank you sir.
