oldest bank in Sheakhala, good service good bank employee , but lots of user creates chaos , needs improvement on this.

Densely crowded most of the day. Shortage of banking staff creates a lot of inconvenience to the customers. Devoid of AC. Otherwise ok.

Bad behaviour of the employees. service is very slow. No benefits for senior citizens in the queue.

As far the new laws of RBI this bank is known as PNB ( Punjab National Bank).
This brunch of Punjab National Bank is very bad. Poor in service not well managed. Though this an old and bank but their is no modernization on the other hand other bank has lots of modern infrastructure and system. Most of the time this bank has no link . Some stuff are good their but most of others are rude and un friendly.

PNB Sheakhala is the worst bank. The staff and manager of this bank know nothing. They can't solve any problem. If you want to open a new account, please do not go to this bank. Because I am a victim. There is no facility in the bank. The manager does not do any work and with everyone by rude behaviour.
