Always the link goes down. So many of time we cant withdraw or deposit money.

Well my mom never gets a receipt for the deposits she makes ,how horrible is that ?

Their service is the worst possible ever. Called the branch for couple of days but they didn't even picked up a single call. Not all the customers stay at the branch area. We live very far. We need to get some info but due to the disgusting attitude I am very sad. The service is very saddening. Disgusting. Rubbish. And I will surely withdraw my account from there. At least try to answer the calls.

Wrost customer satisfaction. Wrost service. Unprofessional stuff. Lack off staff.
