Very bad services. Went for aadhaar enrollment but the service guy was very rude and unprofessional.made me wait for 45mins den wen my turn came for biometric verification he jus said mam u wait it will take time and went off for some meeting. Wen I asked how long it will take he jus said he doesn't know. And he was very rude and had no intention of helping customers.

Car Loan Department Staff is Not working properly.

Today I faced harassment from my own home axis bank chandennagore Branch Code: 444, the security guard "PRANAB GHOSH" didn't allow me to enter the branch because I was not wearing mask, but on the other day he allowed me, this is Hippocracy, after cycling 8KM in the sun & visiting to the branch makes a person very tired, whereas on the other branch Branch Code: 4412, they have allowed me to withdraw money, this is hippocracy man, please make rules effective every where, not branch to branch.

Constantly, calling me & forcing me to take Credit Card, even after telling them, I DO NOT NEED CREDIT CARD, they are forcing me to issue the card. I got multiple times from this number "+911409246383"

Third class bank . I have had some of the worst customer experiences with this bank . They are not able to link a trading account to a savings account for one year and each and every time some kind of new harrasment . Thousands of unnecessary charges are also cut . At the time of account opening , the branch staff will come to the customer's home but at the time of service no one will pay attention.

Im sorry to inform...that I hold three savings account with this bank. Recently I opened a new PPF account from this branch.The staff dealing with PPF ..at counter no.5 Mr Abhi Roy ...is totally non-cooperative from the very beginning. I don't know why?
He just harassed me...killed my time...enterined other customers...kept me waiting...
I don't expect this behaviour .
Hope the management should take care.

Very poor service.Today i heard a news from a neighbor that this bank seized their account for almost a year without any utter reason.In this one year,they assured to look into the matter but they didn't.And now they are demanding ₹13000 rupees hand to hand.Its a scam
