Worst service ever the staff are highly unprofessional & unethical they even don't know how behave or treat a senior citizen all they can do gave silly excuse or in Bengali "pore assun" or just harassed them I don't know why SBI recruit these unprofessional people being a reputed and premier organisation and the online complaint system all they response go visit your bank your problem is resolve . But how when the people are same in the bank how it is solved ?

This is the worst sbi branch. The stuff, service are not good.
Their behavior is disgusting.

Good work. When I went there to open a new saving account for me , i didn't have to wait too long. I went there and told i want to open a new saving account.
Someone told me that expose your document and wait few minutes.
I waited for 20 - 30 mins then my work was done.
So this branch is not bad.

Worst branch ever. Service is so poor. They don't have enough arrangements. If you want a new passbook,you wont get it here.They are always out of stock. If you by chance get the passbook,then the sticker will be out of stock. A simple work takes 3 or 4 days to complete. They have gcc machine also but it does not work.

Better transaction rather than other SBI branches in Old Malda zone.

Best Banking option near Mangalbari area. You can get ATM facility attached with bank. But as its almost common with all SBI branches the place is always crowdy and your work gets more time then expected to get it done.

Employees have changed. Their behavior is nice. They take time to let the customer understand everything carefully. One issue is that they are sloppy. They take too long to do a particular task.
