I am posting this review on 30 December 2020 The Branch manager is very non co operative and did not have any basic sence he is just miss used his position he did not even know how to behave and he is irrespective to women

It was United Bank of India but now it's been merged with Punjab National Bank. The bank passbook updating machine always remains dysfunctional. The bank remains crowded most of the time. And long lines are there. Now a days, to withdraw money 💰 you have to stand in a line at the counter then in an another line to pass the withdrawal cheque and again in the previous line. It is very difficult to stand over 30 minutes.
So PNB try to solve this. Overall the employee's behaviour is good except some employees.

This is suggestion for all people..

The branch manager is a irretrievable customer behavior is very poor... Don't open any account in this branch so.. Never visit this bank...
