Oldest public sector bank in jaguli area. The basic inconvenience of this bank is it is situated on the first floor of the building.

Now PNB.
Overall good experience.
The staff behaviour is moderate to good.
They print your passbook manually if the passbook printing machine is out of service. It remains more crowded generally at the starting of a month, when pensioners gather at a large number (a long queue) to draw their pension!
There are 2 cash counters although most of the time they operate through only one counter!
