Newly opened branch. Not crowded by customers. Service is good. Employees are helpful.

I have never seen such a third class bank. bank stafs don't know how to behave with customers.I have opened a savings account online with this branch they are refused to provide my passbook they are saying that there is no passbook for online account.and when I told them to change my mobile number they are saying change it at our atm machine.so what the stafs are doing in the branch.

Very much disappointed with the service here. The employees do not have clarity about their own work.
Never go for any loan purpose or something else. They will just sweetly communicate with you and later you will find it is nothing but a trap. Don't blindly trust the employees over there. They are good for nothing. It is my personal opinion and I am a sufferer of this fraud. I would strongly disagree about any transaction with this bank.
