Be aware of SBI Credit Card salers. Read everything carefully before sign. Your sign is important to them after that they will not recognize you. I have this kind of Personal experience. Otherwise this brunch is a moderate type of brunch like other SBI brunches.

The worst behavior with customerd, the Customer Relationship manager and the TD guy are the worst here, they don't know how to behave with customers, I went to an quarry about my global debit card and the TD literally ignored me every time I ask him if my card is still active, I don't know how do these people get jobs, infact he said my card is not even global 🌎, he doesn't have any idea how a global card looks like, and none of them are co-operative, I had to submit a new form for a global card, and I even used my card to Thailand, same card for transaction, also sent Christmas cards to the United States my friends by using the same global card, these people are so rude and not helpful at all. Burdwan University is the worst SBI Branch, they talk over the phone while customers are waiting, they talk about their personal stuffs while customers are keep asking for help. THIS IS HOW SBI BRANCHES TREAT PEOPLE NOW! THERE ARE OLD PEOPLE THEIR WHO NEEDS HELP, BUT THESE CRO, TD these people don't care at all.

Oh!!! really miracles do happen...the notoriously famous State Bank of India for it's customer service has some well maintained and customer friendly branches...S.B.I., Burdwan University Branch is one such sweet miracle. The bank is just between Burdwan Women's College and Burdwan University Head Office..a prime location. The branch is specious, well maintained, and has prompt customer service. A well maintained A.T.M., a S.B.I. E-Corner is also within the campus. Above all, the branch is less crowded 😃 ...a big, big yes for general public.

A very pleasant experience to find a highly customer oriented SBI branch. The ease of business and efficiency in the transactions is a welcome relief to us customers who have innumerable unpleasant experiences to share from other branch/ employees. Wish all other branches/ staff would learn and emulate. Would do wonders for customers as well as for brand SBI.
