Services need to upgrade. Passbook printing facility is very painful. Most of all the printer or printing service are faced either break down or out of service.

It close soo early than the given time...

This bank is really awesome I visited the bank and they are very helpful.

Staffs are very cooperative

Think 5 times before opening account here. They do never update your passbook, saying the printing machine is out of service. You will have to submit your passbook and collect later to get you passbook updated.
To do a 10 minutes work they take 1 hour.

In my opinion, it's just better not to open your account there.
