I am a 2nd yr Electronics engineering Student. The financial condition of my family is not good. I have a saving account in this branch. I asking one of the officer for Education loan of 4 lacks. As per RBI rules, Education loan under 4 lacks does not need any security deposit. But the officer asking to deposit fixed diposite or LIC or IT Return. Finally they dont give me the education loan. The Banking system in India is not for economically backward people. This is not fair.
