In terms of security, the bank has CCTV's inside the premises whereas the transaction processing is quite slow, staff in the branch are not very knowledgeable, the branch is not equipped with air-conditioning,the ambience inside the branch is very poor.

Very bad service, staffs are also very rude, non professional. Especially the cashier. Bustard! Dont know how to behave with customer.

Heartless behaviour of the service manager!
Not a professional person.
