HDFC Bank

Thanks, to all the employees of the HDFC bank for working hard and help the people. I had to wait 2.5 hrs to get money since, they were out of cash. But, they handled the situation efficiently and processed everything very fast as soon as the cash arrived. Kudos to the branch employees, security staffs and branch manager. Great job!

customer service is good , if you want to update your mobile no. , simply visit this branch atm , in atm itself you will be able to change your mobile no.

Third class service provide by the bank staff. Not so co-operative. Not provide actual details regarding the service. Very unsure about their work.

I didn't get my atm card from 3 months. When I contact with then someone pick the call and told roughly that it is not possible during this lock down. So I told that what can I do now I have no atm card and no cheque. So they just told we don't know this is not our responsibility. And cut the call😡😡😡

The women in the counter is the worst, doesn’t know how should they talk with consumers.
Their attitude is on another level, for a time I felt they were uneducated and illiterate
Better was the old aged security out there he tried his best helping me.

This branch of HDFC is located on the left side of the road just before the start of the Mahishbathan bridge coming from the side of Narkelbagan.
It is a medium sized branch located on the 1st floor with its ATM located on the ground floor. All the required works related to banking cam be done here.

Nice place to fulfill your banking need. Special thanks to Ms Megha & Priyanka Jena, they are very polite in terms of customer handling.

Inside the branch is very clean and Hand sanitizer is available at the front with sensitive release.
