Branch Manager Mr. Sudipta Ghosh is one of the most helpful bank employees I've ever seen.

BAD BRANCH , REFUSE TO TAKE DEPOSIT , ZERO CUSTOME RCARE. BRANCH MAHAGER IS HAS NON WORKING ATITUDE.

Staffs are very helpfull. They answered all our questions patiently in various things. Inside decoram is clean. Spacious. Have many counters

Service manager Mr. Manab Debnath is the utmost unprofessional, who harasses customers & maligns SBI name

Arundhati Roy at the counter is very rude & an utmost unprofessional person. Stop calling customers Didi & Dada instead of Madam & Sir, nobody is there to establish relationships.

Went there to deposit a cheque, the security guard was very helpful. There is an automated cheque deposit machine and I was done in 5 minutes. It is on 2nd Floor inside the alley which has Juice shop.
