State Bank of India PURSURAH

The bank service is very fine. The workers are cooperative.

I've called the phone no enormous time but no one had received the call. More worst situation is I've mailed 10 days ago but no one had replied the mail or communicate till now.
Bitter experience....

First of all banking is so first and all workers very helpful and all banking system is so first. Automatic token system is so attractive. Case deposit and credit very first. Pass book up to date system is 24 hours in beside and 24 hours atm facilities is available end EVM machine is present.

For my little experience of pursurah SBI Branch,I share my problem.I have filled up form after waiting a long public line for join account with my wife before 2-3 month ago.They assured me account will be opened after 2-3 working days.I followed up after 7 days.They only assured message will be gone in your mobile.But still today no message I have get.As they are govt employee, they are not care for such thing. Please improve this type of laziness.

Tarakeswar branch is far better.

Beware .....& Expect Worst Service .......
