Bank of India - New Town Islampur Branch

Staffs are very good but ATM service(situated at the entrance of that bank) of this bank is very poor in our area. Most of the time either machine is out of service or out of cash. If these problems are solved then it can get 5 star easily.

Islampur is situated in North Bengal. Mostly it is known as ‘Newtown Islampur’. North Bengal is famous for ‘Darjeeling Tea’ and orange. Islampur is the gateway of Tea Industries. Tea gardens are starting from Islampur and it gradually increases upto Assam.

Need to improve the behaviour . Service is ok.

The employee of this bank are good and friendly natured . You will not find any problems to complete your work without. You can aak any questions without any hesitation.

Small bank,bank service are not proper. We have to wait for long.
