State Bank of India - Kalyani Branch

One of the main State Bank of India in Nadia District West Bengal. Most pension holders(state and central government) in this sub division have their pension account in this bank. Very crowded but safe.
Working hours 10am to 4pm.
Staff are very cooperative and well behaved considering the volume of customers. Allow an hour extra if you are planning to get some work completed.
Carry your passbook, adhar card and PAN card to be on the safer side.

Good maintained bank. Good staff behaviour they are also helpful. Busy bank. You may have to wait. Locker facility and current credit have seperate queue basically for high value transaction.

Probably best Bank at Kalyani in respect to service and facilities. Behaviour of the staffs of this particular branch of SBI is surprisingly very good. I am really satisfied to bank on them.

Quite busy... should not say that they are unprofessional, but sometimes non responsive, due to excessive overload..

Only negative point...they should control the crowd in a more systematic way in this COVID scenario...

Otherwise, it could turn up as a hotspot...
