Worst customer support even when you have aa current account. No communication between departments and even with customers on important issues. Duping customers with false issues. Am going to close accounts with them.

I have very bad experience with staff of this branch, given without any proper information as well as given wrong information about a plan i have take a plan and stuck my money, i can't refund back my money, i am in extremely trouble,
