Very good service. They are always ready to help you. The best thing is they have parking space which is very rare at that kind of place.

Idiot and uneducated security guards don't even know how to talk with customer very bad service.

The worst branch service though the DIGI BANK app is excellent. The service officers will tell you frequent misleading lies.
Ridiculous experience.
Infact I am compelled to withdraw all my money.

i am not able login to generate statement, email has no response in 24 hrs and helpline says it will take 7 days to get pdf that too is not sure. how will i file my income tax return without statement deadline is approaching. careless bank.

First they will not take fingerprint with corona excuse and refuse to open account of my friend in this branch via referral. Then if you have an account they will close account arbitrarily and make money balance Zero and to get it you will need to call and email and wait endlessly for many many days.
Second Their debit card is blocked by stripe international payment gateway and CVV is misprint on card, live chat can't help with this.
Third They have No option to reopen closed account by payment also. So you will loose all incoming and outgoing remittance and other settings that you had created with account. Better not create any account here as you will regret later due to lack of service options that are available at all other bank including even HDFC, SBI which can reopen closed account in less than 1 day.
Lastly Avoid DBSDigibank at all costs unless they improve their service for existing customer, till then new customer should not take risk here.
