Pathetic staff and their Service. Dont ever open account there.

Very bad service. They do not have any attention towards customers. I asked one of their executive to check whether my current FDs are at flexi mode or not (recently i have closed auto fd feature). She told me that yes the FDs are in flexi mode. But i felt doubt and ask one of my friends about it who is also in axis bank. And guess what she told me that that FD is not in flexi mode.

Shibpur Branch executives are so much busy to make new accounts and to sell their own products that they do not give time to solve the existing customers issue. Pathetic experience. If it is possible to give 0* to the branch i would give.

Best customer service

Very bad management, no care for customer. Only pushing their own products for commission. Staff talks rudely and doesn't help solve problems. Axis bank should take serious action against this branch.

They never like to serve you as per your need, on the cotrary , they motivate charge oriented business, eg. loans, MF, shares,insurance etc. Any nationalised bank serve better , as ,I experienced.

Dont dare to open account at shibpur branch...staff behaviour were arrogant, unethical...seems like they have recruited jokers over there....Branch manager also doesnt deserve to be over there.
