ICICI Bank Dehradun-Branch & ATM

I have always loved the service of ICICI Bank but the Dharampur branch has disappointed me very much. I went to open my account on Saturday morning now it is Tuesday still they haven't opened my account. Whereas it claims to open the account within 24 hours !They talk to you politely but are not performing their duty. I just lost my trust with this bank . They don't even guide you properly and give whole information about how much charge will be deducted if you avail this service, they will provide you with this kind (charges related) of information only when you ask . I didn't like this ! The branch in mumbai was my favourite as they used to perform their duty smoothly with great care . This Dharampur branch has disappointed me .I could never ever imagine the process of delay in work by ICICI bank !! This bank requires staffs who actually works and not the one who just blabber or entangle customers in sweet talks!! We need a good banking facility and services which ICICI bank claims but not given by Dharampur branch ! The staffs are losing the shine of this prestigious bank. I went to the bank on monday noon and now they told me it will get opened by evening.I called in evening but they said it will be opened by Tuesday . I waiting for Tuesday's process now .... This is so wrong!!!!! Is this the way you care for your customers????

This branch is also for rich people.
There is no one who listen problem of there customers. I tried to call this branch 6 to 7 time but they didn't receive any call. Very bad attitude

Most irresponsible staff I have ever seen , they are them selves not aware of procedures and cause unnecessary delay in all processes. Very much disappointed by ICICI Bank

Couldn't find the bank on the specified location on google maps. There is no bank on Dharampur Chowk. Also asked the locals around, everyone said there is no ICICI Bank here.

Location is incorrect at Google maps. It is on the road going towards rispana bridge near to sbi Bank. Staff at the branch is very cooperative. I needed urgent demand draft after working hours. Manager very promptly helped me, instructed her staff and got me DD within few minutes. Really nice experience at the bank.

My ATM card worked, now's your turn

I have a account with the Branch since 2000 but the consumer satisfaction is not good. No relationship manager has been assigned inspite of me having Titanium acct. No one from the bank calls you to give you acct related feedback anytime. Better to shift to bank with better customer care
