Axis Bank Branch

Service is 0 i gave aplication to change my mobile number before ten day 3 tym i have been visit to bank but all tym told me it will take 3 more days i wana give them 0 point..

Staff is not supportive & seniors in the bank are having less knowledge.worst experience the dubat bank.

They even don't deserve single star review.

Worst bank...no customer service importance...and deducts in every transactions. Please dont opt for such bank. They charge 590 for debit card and still dont deliver it at your add for more than a month...

Third class service. Even government Banks are more efficient than this branch lazy, incompetent fellows. Their tag line is dil se band

Great bank and helpful for all financial needs

They don't even deserve one star. Pathetic service.My friend's account took approx one week to open because of their own fault. They just want buisness, not a single person is responsible in the bank, the staff keeps roaming here and there in front of customers and talk and disturb the other persons. I also opened a demat here and they were not able to solve a simple disclosure error. They are just here for luring you i to their useless products. So irresponsible no professionalism looks. If you are giving them buisness they are all yours otherwise they cannot help you. The BROs and sales staff keep ignoring your calls and messages.Total waste of time branch. They didn't even registered my phone number in my account during account opening. They must call themselves as दुकानदार and not a Bank from anywhere. Opt for any bank rather than this pathetic branch. This is the edit to my review, the owner replied to my review saying to report problem on email or website or whatever, let me tell you please read my review so that you can judge whether the problem is a reportable problem or your branch's own problem

The worst service ever. They keep rolling the customers concerns/query from one department to another. None of them has a clue what's going on. Terrible experience and pathetic management. Axis Bank - Please hire qualified and professional staff who atleast know what they are doing.

Ridiculous and Careless Service. They cheat the customers and lure them into pointless, products for achieving their targets. I wish there was less than One Star rating available for them
