They ask for unnecessary documents and even after completing all the formalities, they do not open the account and say that today the network is not working, come tomorrow, let's assume that one day there is a problem of network, this is their excuse every day.
There are ATM card booths at some distance from the bank but it remains closed every day, if I complain to the bank, then there is no cash, not one day cash, not two days, every day their drama is the ATM swiffer machine in the bank but speaking is not working when will she do that work
Passbook printing machines are also available in the bank but they are closed.
And if I want to get the passbook updated, then they say that it will not happen today, all these are small needs of the customer, even these people are not able to provide this facility to the customer.
Now out of this there are many elderly customers who come to the bank from work but they also do not do their work properly, now how will an elderly man go to the bank every day?

इस बैंक में हर सुविधा है लेकिन इस बैंक में कोई भी काम नहीं होते काम करने वाले स्टाफ इतने आलसी हैं कि जब कोई भी ग्राहक बैंक मे जाता है तो बैंक के स्टाफ कुछ ना कुछ बहाना बताकर कोई भी काम नहीं करते किसी भी प्रकार की सुविधा ग्राहक को नहीं देते कभी नेटवर्क नी है कभी बैंक में कैश नहीं बोलकर कोई भी काम नहीं करते
अगर किसी को नया खाता खोलना हो तो उसको
अनावश्यक दस्तावेज मांगते हैं और सारी फॉर्मली पूरी करने के बाद भी खाता नहीं खोलते और बोलते हैं आज नेटवर्क्स काम नहीं कर रहा कल आना चलो मान लिया एक दिन न्नेटवर्क की समस्या हैं रोज रोज इनका यही बहाना
बैंक से कुछ दूरी पर एटीएम कार्ड बुथ हैं लेकिन ये रोज बंद रहता है अगर बैंक मै इसकी शिक़ायत करे तो बोलते कैश नहीं हैं एक दिन कैश नहीं दो दिन नहीं है रोज रोज इनका यही ड्रामा बैंक में एटीएम स्वाइफ मशीन हैं लेकिन बोलते काम नहीं कर रही कब करेगी वो काम
बैंक में पासबुक प्रिंटिग मशीन भी उपलब्ध हैं लेकिन इनकी ये बन्द करी रहती
और अगर मुझे पासबुक अपडेट करवानी हो तो बोलते हैं आज नहीं होगी ये सारी ग्राहक की छोटी छोटी जरुरते हैं ये सुविधा भी ये लोग ग्राहक को नहीं दे पाते
अब इसमें से बहुत सारे बुज़ुर्ग ग्राहक भी होते जो काम से बैंक में आते हैं लेकिन ये उनका भी काम ढंग से नहीं करते अब एक बुजुर्ग आदमी रोज रोज बैंक का चक्कर कैसे लगा पाएगा
और भी बहूत सारी शिकायते हैं पर इतना सारी शिकायते नहीं लिखी जा सकती ये वो चीजे हैं जो छोटी छोटी हैं
