Most useless customer service. if u want any information via their helpline numbers, pls be prepared to hear: sir we are unable to provide information, pls visit your branch. Arrey why do u have a helpline number only then.

Very bad service... They give net not working issues always... On reporting they give excuse that we have no idea, staff is very unfriendly. If u gonna take full day leave for your SBI bank work so please don't because net does't work. And these innocent staff have no idea and they don't even raise issue.

Branch staff's are Rude and not friendly.

SBI IS THE LARGEST PUBLIC SECTOR BANK IN INDIA....SOME PEOPLE ARE BLAME TO SBI STAFFS FOR BAD BEHAVIOUR...BUT IT IS NOT SO...THOSE WHO SPEAK LIKE THIS,JUST SPEND A DAY IN BRANCH AND SEE HOW MUCH WORKS REMAIN......
