ICICI Bank Meerut-Branch & ATM

A lot of problem caused due to network problem which is there most of the time. Overall the bank has a good infrastructure but less human capital involved resulting in long queues and a lot of time wasted. The privilege banking is also not doing of what is best and the counters are empty most of the times.

Personal Loan executive cheats and fraud you by providing incomplete details in first meet and then blame you did not hear correctly and then threatens you by saying you will need to pay the charges , you can do anything what you want, jo karna chaho karlo charges to hum lekar hi rahege, executive bhi jhoot bolte hai na koi mail hai na koi sms , last but not least running a big bank, but no personal loan customer care is available , only mails are there.

Worst and cumbersome experience mistake of their executive. Loss of my hard💰

Icici services are better than any govt bank. Rajlok branch is near meerut college. Very kind staff, helps getting your money invested at right place.

Service is good , after being a private bank it close in afternoon 3 pm daily.
Not any number provided here on Google does not work.

Earlier branch service good, but now quality of service very poor

Worst experience. Inexperienced staff. Totally rude, will make u wait for hours for a single request. Most of the staff seems untrained. Better use icici mobile app.
