Nice Banking Service

This is the worst bank in budaun. Nd the employees are very rude they all don't have sense to talk with senior citizen... In fact theirs security in charge has no responsibility to control or to help the people who come to their bank... I had the worst experience here .. I have nothing good to talk about this...😤😤😤😤😤

A public sector bank, providing banking services but staff is quit rude for illiterate people or people belong to village or rural area.

Worst bank ever seen. They should learn from the employees of Pvt Bank how to handle work pressure and simultaneously how to well behave with the customers. It took more than 1 week to open the NPS account which can be opened within minutes in HDFC bank. Staff is not cooperating with the customers. Even if u complaint with the manager he will neglect you.

Hear employee are to slow in work. They take to much breaker. Specially counter no.9 employee.
When the lunch time starts all counters get empty all employees leave their counter and go for lunch all people wer waiting for them. But government say's in Lunch time non off the counter get empty.
They take too much time. Lalla Babu counter no. 9 too slow employee.😒😒😒😒
