HDFC Bank

Don't do banking with HDFC! I opened an account on 30th may - they haven't been able to deliver my kit yet- it's been more than a month!! And the employees are just good for nothing

Good & responsible bank. Staff here are very professional and polite now. It's situated in sector - 26, Noida near jaipuria plaza. It's in front of D block park. When I went here six months ago, I face many issues with staff they are very irresponsible but now staff attitude is change they are very friendly & responsible now.

Worst banking experience with this HDFC branch.
Mr Harshvardhan Singh and Mr Harijesh is fraudster they will not answer your calls after collecting your documents. They just start blaming each other and your work will be delayed. I applied for company current account and right now I'm chasing them for account status but no one is answering my calls and I have visited the branch as well. But didn't get any good response. My money got debited from my saving account for account opening. Now I just want my money back.
And there's no response from them.

Beware from these FRAUDSTERS!!!

I trust there is no point in writing a review as well, because all the responses are same from the bank. I guess i will receive a standard response too.
The contact number here is no Bank number but linked to the HDFC portal with auto responder.

Bank is not responsive to customers' problem. They charge with no notice and top of it when you enquire them about the details of transaction money, they put you on hold and not respond to you. And i will you call again they just shoot arrow in thin air if it hits target then its good and if not then you are on your own.

First of all when they don't give us proper information while creating account. If someone ask me to rate the service of Bank i will give it -100%.

Very unprofessional and bad service....just visited for aadhar updation .....I am glad that I don't have hdfc bank account....otherwise they might have made bankrupt

They ar as worst as worst they dont give my hdfc kit after complaining its was above from a month useless bank hdfc

Hrijesh and Harshvardhan are the fraud person in this branch. Kindly don't open any account in this bank.
