Icici home loan department works like a robber. I switched my home loan from LICHF to Icici bank and the understanding that tenure should be 8 years and EMI 25K. End result I got tenure 20 years and EMI 15K!!!!! huge loss in income tax. Now i am told to go to this branch that branch and get the loan period reduced!!!!! Is there any target for executives to convert home loans into higher period????????? but why target innocent customers???

Atm frequently have no cash

Home loan representative is very irresponsible and unpunctual , he every time increase my lone disbursement date ....very very bad service like as SBI
