bank service really a bad experience and cash transaction process very slow and irritating,

Staff is very professional and of helpful nature. My banker Kavita and Bhawna did their best to resolve my issue. It was quite quick and bank kept me updated on progress. Quite happy with the services provided at the branch......Shekhar Paliwal

All the bank employees are polite and helps as possible as they can. Service is very good and fast. You will not have to be in a queue here.

Very bad experience. They took more than 25 days to close the account. The work which can be done in less than 5 mins after approval they took 25 days. And too many reminders and continuous chasing is required just for account closure. Have to go to the bank for 7 seven times. Finally went to senior manager for getting work done.

Convenient location in Bareilly. Street parking upsets you most of the business hours. A bank with good level of service. So far in past 8 years I have always received personal service in very professional manner. I would rate this bank/branch at par with any international bank. I am a satisfied NRI customer.

Bad experience specially this civil lines Bareilly branch ,girls on counter representative 1,2,3 don't want to do work intentionally leave mistake in your account opening so you will contact him again and again n she will sell their policy on your visit ,like Intentionally do mistake in your contact number in account ...it's a headache to get services from there , clear all the things on single sit otherwise these guys have couple of ways to make you fool n visit brach on daily basis.

Very bad experience , Uncooperative staff nothing clear , No manners how to talk , try to make you fool move your queries towards online customer support if you r less educated , Girls sitting right side of entrance Demanding extra amount of cheque for opening account on visit branch ,online it 10K only .

Bank contact number not attending by bank staff and some number not in working. I have given application in previous month for deducted installments Rs 72525/- per month from my savings account (019201511000) to loan account. But installment not deducted properly in month 8-2022 due to careless working of bank staff. Pl rectify if possible.
