Its been 3 days, I am stuck in this line that goes on like forever. Employees hardly know how to work. This place sucks.

Location of this bank is in very congested area.
No place for parking. Very narrow road. Can't go by car. Even sometimes going with two wheeler is also very hactic. On other hand bank is also small. Workers are too lazy. Every time you have to wait for hours.

One of the worst bank in Amroha.. Employees don't know how to deal with the customers.. And most important the manager of the branch does not know how to manage the employees if the number of the employees are less..

No. Of staff members are very less... Plzz recruit new and efficient staff in this many of the staff members do work forts of his relatives and then to the the customers.
Partiality.... Is done in this bank.... 9f u are not eligible to run this... Bank... So plzz close it...

I have never seen such Rudy working staff any public or and private banks
I went there for ekyc of my account, bank executive told me that you have to buy 1000 insurance and this mendatory of account, I did have any information about this, i just try to have information from Google, and there on Google I found that buy 1000 per insurance is not mendatory it is volunteer and as I told to bank executive about this, they started doing drama and they started by walking to many counters again and work that they can complete in 20 minutes they wasted my 3 hours
This is only because I said No to buy 1000 accidental policy
I don't no why they're forcing customer to buy 1000 insurance policy
May be they have any deal with insurance company to force customer to buy
If anyone have knowledge about this they willake problematic banking experience for those customers.

They sent me to a counter why nothing about ekyc when I said to that men sitting on that desk said my I only can pass this ekyc and my system is not working so you have to wait
I waited they more that 1 hour
After one executive sent my form to other cabin that field officer cabin
Within 5 minutes he passed that ekyc
So it means that knowingly there creating problems for me and making this delay

I want to some action need to take against these type of employees so others person should not follow same problem what I have faced
