Imployee are very rude and
They don't know how to talk with elder people or any customer.
Please try to improve your skill and educate your employee
For taking break they are taking more than 1 hour and after coming from break than also they are busy with their personal work not attending any customer.
For a small work i came today with my mom as she is very elder we came around 10 am in the morning we have to wait till evening
If there is power full people they can do their work fast but what about normal people
