ICICI Bank Gorakhpur-Branch & ATM

Very less crowded as compared to other govt banks like SBI. Staff behaviour is quite appreciable. Service provided is satisfactory.

Very poor facility .no one bothers about the customers. Most worst thing s available staff busy with their mobiles .

I went to take my Company Debit card at ICICI bank , Bank road AD tower at 3:30 pm. Guard and other staff told that office timing is closed but its not mentioned anywhere that no working will be in bank after this time. Even on net it was showing Open and working Hour till 5 PM, Since I am running pvt ltd company and I have to make the payment , I was supposed to pick the ATM card. Can ICICI people can explain what is this

Pre approved home loan sanctioned 15 days before till now no one contacted from bank side ....it is worst thing with this bank they don't know how to handle existing customers only targeting new customer 😒

Worst branch of ICICI. Not sharing the correct information with customer. For any work directly told visit another branch.

To be honest, ICICI has failed my as a customer. Though it is not a government bank, one has to roam from 1 desk to another, just like the serial “Office Office” to get to the correct person of correspondence. The situation when is comes to addressing the needs of the customer is extremely horrible and one should prefer to get their job done online and avoid stepping foot in this bank. The constant staff rotating only adds to their poor customer assistance!
