Axis Bank Branch

The management hardly respond to customers like there printer & ATM, specially manager hardly looks into your problems. Even after making the complaint, team Axis takes any action. Lastly there office smell like pigeon house. Moreover, management needs to learn customer behavior & service.

Very poor services.Applied for debit card and cheque several times.had to call customer care n wait for 30 mins or so to talk to customer care executive.Debit card chargeable as compared to HDFC BANK.DEBIT CARD came after a 45 days.If it's an emergency then forget your money.I would recommend to all the people not to ever go with axis bank as compared to options in private bank.If so then close your accounts ASAP.even to close your account is also chargeable.Have you ever heard about it????

Today ,I went to deposit schoolfee for august.there was no one behind the counter.when asked manager ,he said "4 5 mahine se fees jama ho rahi hai.aaj yaad aa rahi hai. Jaldi hai toh 2 3 din me ana.yahan to aise hi hoga." I think to raise this in parents meeting and ask school to change their bank. Such bad behaviour. And they ask for stars. Branch i.d. 544. I applied for ATM a 2 weeks ago for my firm current account but after 2 weeks when I visited the bank today, it was found that my ATM card was not processed.and the bank staff is behaves as if they dont know anything, There is no knowledge related to the bank, the staff here. No one has knowledge about which form a document is attached to. And now i will complain about it in head office.
