State Bank of India NAUTANWA

Always crowded...I personally feel that SBI should open another branch in Nautanwa because SBI accounts are huge in number in Nautanwa... It takes a lot of time to get your work done and finally I feel that this is the busiest bank in Nautanwa. No other bank is as crowded as State bank of India in Nautanwa

Too crowdy bank

It is very poor facility sbi NAUTANWA and excuse we have not staff for visit purpose and any with related work it's sbi account not at is time but we are going to sbi properly visit resolve the problem say to staff. So it can't posible any problems at is time..

This bank is closed on the second and fourth Saturday of the month

I visited several time to this bank to open a bank account, But always I got excuse from sbi staff they will never clarify your problem if u go to one window asking something they will send u on another window from another counter to another for one small work you have to visit all the counter and still you won't get proper information regarding your problems, opening my bank account I was visiting bank from more 3 months but still can't get any information then I registered my self on YONO aap open account and when I went there I wait for more then 3 hours even there was no too many people's, coz the counter I have to go there was no one finally one lady came in the counter and when I show her my reference code for opening account from yono aap she clearly told that bank is not having the facility to open the account online and she gave me forms to fill it and bring with all the other document, after few days when went to the bank with complete form and documents to open my account then was no lady. This time there was a gentleman setting named as BHASKER he explain me properly that I don't need to feel the form just need xerox of PAN & Adhar card he ask me to sit with him and did all the nesecerry paper work and open my account immidetaly and gave passbook in hand. While sitting with him I absorbed the way was working really appreciated, whoever is coming to his counter he either willing to solve their problem imminently or if not he is just giving then a time that "you come at this time".
Sib Nautanwa really need to hire young staff like BHASKER instead of old people who is keep on searching every word on the keyboard before they type and still get angry on customers they should change staff like (Mr.Thapa & Mr.Accountent sir) who don't want to do there work on time in a proper way and coz of this kind of staff customer face lot of problems. SBI nautanwa can improve their customer service.

Bank worker's behaviour is not good...

That old guy in no 6 doesnt know how to use computer and so rude behaviour with customer. Personally i dnt recomend this branch of sbi in india

Very good store
