Best customer services among the banking sector. Very friendly staffs .

Bank with most pathetic service ,they are not at all customers friendly they put thousands of excuses to irritate the customers ,i gave my cheque for clearing and its been 18 days still it is lying somewhere at there desk ,i must say the idbi management takes there staff behaviour seriously and take some corrective actions or else sooner the customer will shift there accounts to other banks and probably bank has to shut it doors .
