State Bank of India SARNATH

Unorganized bank. There is no proper token system, so you probably could find people arguing about their position in queue. The staff will bounce you from one counter to another. Their working is slow compared to the other SBI branches I have gone to. At least they should keep labels above the counters indicating what that counter is for.

Slowly work in this bank branch. ATM time to time not working. Also CDM machine.

It's services is very bad in comparison to other bank

Cash is mainly available, staffs are arrogant and the link between bank and ATM is amazing

Easily accessible plus it's being an ADB branch so rush is quite less here

It's a typical SBI, the bank employee sit and talk, very slow and will everything hard for the customers. There is no sense of making things easier for customers. Just pathetic. I spent 4 hours close my account.
